Descriptions
One line
Fast, top-down 4v4 online hockey for PC where every player controls one athlete, and skill, passing and teamwork win games.
Short (about 90 words)
Virtual Hockey League is fast, top-down online hockey where eight real players share the ice: four a side, each controlling one skater or the goalie. Aim and shoot with the cursor, pass, steal, and use skill abilities that all have a counter, like boost, slide stop, crosscheck and the goalie's force field. Every match runs on dedicated servers, so skill and teamwork decide it, not luck or host advantage. Ranked play, clans, tournaments and shareable goal clips are already in. Made in Unreal Engine 5 by Icebound Interactive, a small Czech studio; in development, free to download for Windows, and played with a key while it is tested.
Long
Virtual Hockey League (VHL) is a competitive, top-down online hockey game for PC, built in Unreal Engine 5 by Icebound Interactive in Prague.
Every match is 4v4: three skaters and a goalie a side, and every one of them is a real player. You aim with the cursor, pass, steal, one-time shots and use abilities like boost, slide stop, crosschecks, dodges, chips and the goalie's force field - each with a counter. A full match has three periods, overtime and a shootout, and every goal gets an instant replay.
Matches run on dedicated servers that decide every shot, steal and save, so nobody hosts and nobody has a host advantage. Around the matches: ranked play with leagues, clans, tournaments with brackets, live stats on the website, and goal clips that players save with one key and share as a link, a QR code or a 9:16 reel.
VHL is in development. Anyone can download it for Windows from the website; playing it needs a key while it is tested.

MP4, 720p (7 MB)Five goals from 25 October 2026 - a 127 km/h opener, a go-ahead goal and three hat tricks, the last with 3.6 seconds on the clock - each with the game's instant replay, as the game's clip tool saved them, cut so one goal runs straight into the next.
